Job summary

PNC is seeking a Compensation Manager within its Total Rewards organization, based in multiple in-office locations including Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Washington, DC. You will lead the design, implementation and governance of compensation programs and partner with senior leaders to align pay with business strategy.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, conducting salary surveys, maintaining HRIS data, and overseeing job evaluations.

• Experience with compensation analysis and policy compliance.
• Strong communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manages development, implementation, maintenance and communication of compensation programs and processes.
• Advises senior management on alignment with organizational goals; implements creative solutions to compensation programs.
• Ensures effectiveness and regulatory compliance of compensation practices and updates senior staff accordingly.
• Oversees HRIS data for compensation information including incentive calculations and payment records.
• Manages job evaluations, salary surveys, and analytical reporting to determine pay grades.
