Job summary

PNC is seeking a Compensation Manager within the Total Rewards organization, based in Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Washington, DC. The role develops and communicates compensation programs and analyzes budgets and plans within pay programs.

You will advise senior management on pay strategy alignment, ensure compliance, oversee HRIS data, and lead job evaluations and salary surveys to determine pay grades. This is an in-office role supporting a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees encouraged.
• 8+ years of industry experience; management experience preferred.
• Experience with compensation programs and HR data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and communicate compensation programs and policies.
• Advise senior management on pay strategy alignment with goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and update policies as needed.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy for incentive calculations and payments.
• Manage job evaluations, salary surveys, and analytics for pay grades.
