Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
Conduct benchmarking and job evaluation using market data and internal evaluation, and recommend market adjustments.
Develop plans, educational materials, and communications for associates, managers, and HR partners regarding compensation initiatives.
Consult with HR Partners on a regular basis, providing expert compensation guidance.
