Qualifications

• 2+ years of Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with compensation analysts to enhance analytics with automation.
• Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs.
• Benchmark and market analyze to align pay with external market.
• Research and recommend enterprise compensation approaches and design.
• Support mid-year and year-end cycles via Workday testing and budget reporting.
• Conduct compensation analysis on large cross-functional projects.
• Draft plans and communications for associates, managers and HR partners.
