Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant compensation experience in a large, global corporate and/or consulting environment.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing U.S. broad-based, sales and executive compensation strategy, programs and processes.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements the compensation framework aligned with business strategies.
• Maintains knowledge of competitive compensation market space and innovates in the space.
• Prepares merit budgets, salary structures, and market to meet budget objectives.
• Leads NA compensation initiatives and supports global programs rollout.
