The role designs and maintains the compensation framework, leads North America initiatives, and partners with HR, Legal and Finance to ensure compliant, competitive programs. It offers high visibility, collaboration with senior leaders, and opportunities to influence total rewards strategy. For this U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation experience in global corporate or consulting environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing US broad-based, sales and executive compensation programs.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong consultative skills in compensation for select businesses.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Expertise in compensation market research, modeling and analysis.
• Ability to present formal/informal reports to executives.
• Experience delivering compensation communications and managing change.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with energy and passion.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements the Schneider Electric compensation framework including programs aligned with business strategies.
• Maintains knowledge of competitive market space and champions innovation in compensation.
• Designs competitive compensation solutions using benchmarks, business needs, employee preferences and cost considerations.
• Leads NA compensation initiatives and ensures global programs roll out efficiently.
• Prepares merit budgets, salary structures and market competitiveness objectives.
• Ensures compliant deployment of programs and trains HRBP teams.
