Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation. This hybrid role (2 days in-office per week) can be based at any U.S. Hub location and offers exposure to senior leaders and strategic rewards programs.

You will design and implement the compensation framework, manage U.S. and NA initiatives, and ensure alignment with global programs while maintaining budget and market competitiveness. Strong leadership and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant compensation experience in a large, global corporate and/or consulting environment.
• Experience designing and managing U.S. broad-based, sales and executive compensation programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Expertise with compensation-related market research, modeling and analysis.
• Ability to deliver formal and informal reports and communications to executive audiences.
• Experience developing compensation communications and managing change.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements the compensation framework and programs aligned with business strategies.
• Maintains knowledge of the competitive compensation market and drives innovation.
• Designs competitive compensation solutions considering benchmarks, business needs, and costs.
• Leads NA compensation initiatives and rolls out global programs effectively.
• Prepares merit budgets, salary structures and market analyses to meet budget objectives.
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and advises management on actions.
