Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of compensation experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evaluate assigned staff and programs in human resources.
• Develop district compensation strategies and activities to recruit and retain employees.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and board procedures.
• Oversee job classifications, pay structures, and ADA/FLSA considerations.
• Monitor personnel data, budgets, and reporting across multiple platforms.
