Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years’ experience, and strong Excel and HRIS skills to drive data-driven decisions in our energy services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation administration or related HR role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update compensation data in the HRIS.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on compensation trends and analysis for management review.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmark industry pay.
• Analyze market data to identify salary gaps and adjustments.
• Prepare presentations summarizing market insights for leadership.
• Process salary changes including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments based on performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to determine appropriate salary ranges for new positions.
• Calculate and administer salary adjustments for cost-of-living adjustments or other initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
• Monitor and update compensation practices to maintain compliance with changing regulations.
• Assist in the job evaluation process to ensure accurate job grading and salary positioning.
• Review and update job descriptions to reflect current responsibilities and market demands.
• Generate reports on compensation metrics such as average salary and pay equity.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Provide support and answer compensation-related inquiries from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth integration of compensation practices with other HR functions.
