Job summary

Radiology Partners seeks a senior compensation leader to advise on compensation matters, shape salary structures, and drive governance across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate data into practical recommendations and ensure market competitiveness.

The role supports a flexible remote schedule with Nashville, TN as a preferred location and a focus on merit and market-based compensation programs within healthcare.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required with 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, finance, or related analytical functions.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, FLSA, pay transparency, internal equity, market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and consulting skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business functions.
  • CCP, SHRM, or HRCI certification and experience with healthcare or matrixed organizations, Workday, MarketPay, Excel, and reporting platforms preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Advise business leaders on compensation matters and requests, recommending appropriate solutions aligned with compensation philosophy and governance.

The salary range for this positi on is $86,800.00-$130,200.00 . Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
