Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the organization’s compensation strategy, governance, and related processes. You will partner with executives, HR, and finance to ensure competitive, equitable and compliant programs aligned with business goals.

The role manages multiple incentive programs, maintains job architecture, and guides annual planning, pay equity reviews, and talent investments. Healthcare experience and CCP/SHRM/HRCI certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with enterprise programs.
• Experience leading compensation strategy, governance, salary structures and equity.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders or executives.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Healthcare/physician services or international/acquisition experience.
• Certification in CCP, SHRM, HRCI or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy, programs, governance and processes.
• Oversee salary structures, annual planning, promotions and retention.
• Ensure pay equity, policy compliance, and affordability.
• Support growth, acquisitions, international expansion, and integrations.
• Maintain job architecture, bands, classifications, and career framework.
• Oversee incentive programs and program funding decisions.
• Partner with executives and HR to align with business goals.
