Job summary
Radiology Partners Inc is seeking a Compensation Analyst to deliver advanced analytics and operational support for enterprise compensation programs across Mosaic and Radiology Partners. You will help shape market pricing, salary structures, and annual compensation planning while ensuring data integrity and governance.
Partner with Total Rewards, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and HRIS to implement equitable pay practices and across-entity programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field with 5+ years of progressive compensation/HR analytics experience.
- Experience with market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, compensation planning, internal equity, and analytics.
- Advanced Excel and reporting experience with strong data interpretation skills.
- Experience in multi-entity, matrixed, or growth-oriented organizations; healthcare/physician practice preferred.
- Experience using Workday, MarketPay, compensation surveys or related tools preferred.
