Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join the Workforce and Rewards Consulting team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients.

You will help design and deliver compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, while coaching junior staff and supporting business development. You’ll partner with senior HR leaders across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, analytics, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong client relationship management with senior executives.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses for client projects.
• Develop compensation strategies and programs addressing attraction and retention.
• Provide consulting on pay strategy, job architecture, and digital design.
• Coach team members and oversee quality deliverables.
• Support business development and cross-selling opportunities.
