Job summary

Marsh Compensation Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead broad-based rewards, job architecture, and pay strategy initiatives for major clients in the Northeast. The role blends client engagements with staff leadership and technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broad-based compensation and workforce rewards consulting.
• Experience designing job architecture, leveling, and/or job evaluation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of how job architecture connects to compensation, career frameworks, talent processes, organizational structures, and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across compensation and workforce rewards, job architecture, job evaluation, career frameworks, and pay structures.
• Advise clients on the design and implementation of job architectures and job leveling frameworks.
• Translate job architecture and rewards strategies into technology-enabled HRIS/compensation solutions.
• Advise on data, process, governance, and technology requirements for implementation and sustainability.
• Embrace AI and technology-enabled approaches in deliverables.
• Develop and monitor budgets and deadlines, oversee staff, delegate tasks, and peer review client work.
• Build strong client relationships by leading meetings and providing strategic guidance.
• Generate revenue through new client acquisition and cross-selling.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across markets, leveraging Marsh’s intellectual capital.
• Advise senior management on pay competitiveness, compensation strategy, and governance.
