Marsh seeks a Senior Consultant for Workforce Rewards & Job Architecture to lead client engagements on broad-based compensation, job architecture, and career frameworks. You will advise HR leaders on strategy, governance, and technology-enabled rewards solutions.

The role focuses on translating strategy into scalable pay structures and career pathways, leveraging Marsh's data and intellectual capital in a hybrid setting with a blend of office and client-site work.

Qualifications

• Broad-based compensation and workforce rewards consulting experience
• Designing and implementing job architecture, leveling, and evaluation frameworks
• Understanding link between job architecture, compensation, and HR tech

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across compensation, job architecture, and pay structures.
• Advise on job architecture design, leveling, and career pathways.
• Translate job architecture and rewards strategies into technology-enabled solutions.
• Advise on data, governance, and technology requirements for programs.
• Incorporate AI and digital tools in rewards solutions.
• Manage budgets, deadlines, and staff; peer review client work.
• Build client relationships and drive revenue through new and expanded engagements.
