Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Consultant in Workforce Rewards & Job Architecture to lead engagements across broad-based compensation, job architecture, and pay structures. The role emphasizes designing scalable career frameworks and technology-enabled solutions, with a focus on aligning talent strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broad-based compensation and workforce rewards consulting.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing job architecture, job leveling, and/or job evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across broad-based compensation and workforce rewards.
• Advise clients on design and implementation of job architectures and leveling frameworks.
• Translate job architecture and rewards strategies into technology-enabled HRIS/compensation solutions.
• Advise on data, process, governance, and technology requirements for programs.
• Embrace AI and digital tools in delivering compensation and rewards solutions.
• Develop and monitor budgets, oversee staff, delegate tasks, and peer review work.
