Job summary

Resourceful Humans Group seeks a Benefits and Compensation Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Morrow, GA. You will design and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals and comply with applicable laws.

Day-to-day duties include job evaluations, maintaining pay structures, market analysis, and recommending salary adjustments to ensure equity and competitiveness. Collaboration with HR leadership and finance supports budgets and merit cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
CCP, CBP, or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
Experience in job evaluation and compensation management.
Experience with benefits administration (health, retirement, leave).
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation using HRIS/Excel.
