Job summary

Visionaire Partners, LLC. is seeking a Pay Plan Specialist to design scalable compensation structures, audit complex models, and reconcile payroll data across multiple sites and state regulations.

The role focuses on delivering accurate pay plans, templates, and compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in compensation or payroll data analysis, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Compensation, Payroll, or HR Data Analyst.
• Advanced Excel capabilities (INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling).
• A high attention to detail and strong critical-thinking skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve 20–40 daily compensation and pay plan support tickets across up to 100 enterprise sites.
• Design, build, and maintain dynamic Excel compensation templates and incentive models for management.
• Oversee full lifecycle pay plan development from initial concept through testing, execution, and electronic signature workflows.
• Partner with HR and Legal teams to standardize template language, commission structures, and compliance requirements across business units.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies, validate sales performance metrics, and maintain rigorous audit trails and process documentation.
• Rapidly adapt to shifting leadership priorities and time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days remote/week) available after 90 days.
