Responsibilities

The Manager of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, communication and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits (401K). Ensures that the compensation and benefits programs and administration of performance management support the organization’s business objectives and meet all legal requirements.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5 Years of Experience administering Compensation or Benefits programs
• Experience with pricing roles, cost analysis, and open enrollments
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel
• Previous Leadership experience

Plusses

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certifications
