Job summary

SCP Health in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive day-to-day compensation program administration and provide analytic support for design and incentives. You will lead salary structure creation, market analyses, and merit program administration while ensuring compliance with pay equity and FLSA requirements.

Strong Excel and Workday skills, plus cross-functional collaboration, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience
• 3+ years administration of Merit and Bonus Plan experience
• Market adjustment cost analysis experience
• Workday experience preferred
• CCP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate jobs: analyze responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
• Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pay and make recommendations for base pay structures and market adjustments.
• Lead day-to-day administration of compensation programs and salary structures.
• Participate in annual performance management, incentive, or salary programs.
• Perform benchmark reviews of larger groups as needed.
• Assist in managing equity compensation programs.
• Develop market compensation guides for various business segments.
• Maintain compensation compliance (FLSA, gender pay, OT, leave policies).
• Maintain salary pay ranges and promote pay equity and inclusion.
• Assist with incentive plans and merit processes in Workday; support salary survey submissions.
• Provide compensation metrics and analytics to Senior Leadership.
