JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Compensation Associate in Global Banking to design and implement compensation strategies for the assigned client area.

You will partner with HR Advisors and senior leaders to attract, reward, and retain talent in a dynamic environment and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will conduct analyses, create competitive offers for strategic hires, and ensure governance and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years related HR or compensation experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Ability to drive business goals through HR/Compensation strategies.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compensation consulting and thought leadership to business leaders and HR Ad Advisors.
• Perform complex analyses and present findings to senior management.
• Create competitive offer packages for strategic hires with HR and Recruiting.
• Review and approve offer packages for competitiveness and governance.
• Lead compensation projects with significant strategic/financial impact.
• Assess market conditions to ensure competitive compensation plans.
• Translate governance requirements into clear client guidance.
• Leverage firm resources for consistent outcomes across lines of business.
