Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate in Functional Compensation to help evaluate, streamline, and modernize compensation practices and planning systems. You will partner with managers, HR Product and Data stakeholders to drive initiatives across performance, rewards, and career progression.

You will build data-driven insights, design programs, and deliver clear recommendations for senior leadership while guiding change management efforts and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR or finance experience with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work across global time zones.
• Demonstrates a methodological approach to problem solving and stakeholder syntheses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities
