Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of HR and/or compensation experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cultivate partnerships with internal and external clients.
• Well-developed analytical skills; strong planning and project management skills.
• Ability to drive business goals through HR/Compensation strategies and to address issues with creativity.
• Ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop and maintain controls.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation consulting and thought leadership to business leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Perform complex analyses and present findings to senior management.
• Assess market conditions and pay practices of compensation plans and programs.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams with significant strategic and financial impact.
• Support the end-to-end annual compensation planning process with global coordination.
• Review and approve offer packages to ensure competitiveness and governance compliance.
• Leverage partners and firm-wide resources to achieve outcomes consistently across lines of business.
