Perform complex analyses and present findings to senior management.
Assess market conditions and pay practices of compensation plans and programs.
Participate in cross-functional project teams with significant strategic/financial impact.
Support end-to-end annual compensation planning, including reporting and coordination across clients.
Review and approve offer packages for competitiveness and governance compliance.
Leverage firm resources to achieve outcomes across lines of business.
