Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant compensation experience.
- CCP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years in progressive compensation roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and administration of base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
- Guide senior leaders on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
- Manage annual merit, bonus cycles, and market adjustments.
- Conduct market analysis and update salary structures and pay ranges.
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to drive workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with pay regulations and equity considerations.
- Develop and present data-driven compensation insights to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects like job architecture and job leveling.
