The Charles Schwab Corporation in Dallas seeks a Senior Manager, Business Strategy in Retail Field Operations to shape compensation strategy, deliver analytics, and drive program execution across the branch network and client-facing teams.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Product, build business cases, influence senior leaders, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through change adoption in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management or related experience.
• Experience in analyzing complex business problems and translating into practical solutions.
• Ability to lead strategic and execution work with cross-enterprise partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year compensation strategy and roadmap.
• Analyze compensation data to inform decisions and create data-driven recommendations.
• Lead compensation-related initiatives from ideation to implementation and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for senior leaders with clear recommendations.
