Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Manager for Retail Client Experience to lead strategy and execution across key client segments. You will design end-to-end experiences, conduct research, develop prioritization frameworks, and set vision and roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders.

You will influence leaders through executive-level communication, stand up implementation programs with technology partners, and ensure delivery aligns with Schwab’s Retail business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Strategy and/or Client Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting information.
• Sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
• Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Personal and professional alignment with Schwab’s vision and values, with a strong interest in our business.
