Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking aDirector of Retail Data Platform to own the Retail analytics workspace’s health, security, and readiness for the business. The role will lead on-site delivery, coordination with Schwab Data, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, auditable data operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading data platforms and analytics operations.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, security, governance.
• Proven ability to design scalable operating models and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own Retail data workspace operational health and readiness.
• Define and implement access, security, and control measures.
• Coordinate with Retail analytics and enterprise partners to plan data needs.
• Develop repeatable onboarding patterns for data assets.
