• Cross-functional collaboration and clear, effective communication with partners.
• Navigate ambiguity, prioritize demands, and adapt to changing needs.
• Strong relationship-building across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of a multi-year compensation strategy and roadmap.
• Analyze compensation-related data to identify trends, risks, and business impact.
• Lead compensation initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop governance materials and articulate objectives, data insights, risks, and tradeoffs.
