Job summary

Insight Global in Miami, FL is seeking a senior Compensation Analyst to lead market pricing, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations across our enterprise. You will advise HRBPs and business leaders, shaping compensation programs to attract and retain talent while preserving internal equity.

The role requires 5+ years in compensation/Total Rewards, advanced Excel and HRIS skills, and experience with market survey data from Mercer, Radford, or WTW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience.
• Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluations and compensation structures.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems and large datasets.
• Experience utilizing compensation survey data from Mercer, Radford or WTW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses to support pay decisions and hiring activities.
• Evaluate positions, review job descriptions, and determine appropriate compensation recommendations and organizational levels.
• Support annual compensation programs including salary, bonus, and equity planning processes.
• Analyze compensation, workforce, and market data to identify trends and provide business insights.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and financial models.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain salary structures, pay grades, compensation workflows, and administration processes.
• Participate in compensation surveys and research market trends and best practices.
• Support compensation governance, pay equity reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
• Help improve compensation processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency across the organization.
