Job summary

Southwest Search LLC is partnering with a large, global organization to hire a Compensation Analyst in Dallas, TX. The role supports the compensation team in market pricing, job architecture initiatives, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in compensation or related fields, advanced Excel skills, and experience with HRIS systems. The analyst will help with merit planning, new hire recommendations, and compliance across multi‑state environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing analyses, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations.
• Support annual merit and bonus planning processes.
• Assist with compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Support FLSA classifications, compensation compliance, and pay equity analyses.
• Prepare compensation reports, analyze workforce data, and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market pricing, and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred:

3-5 years of compensation experience, multi-state compensation knowledge, FLSA administration, Willis Towers Watson global grading experience, or Spanish language skills.
