Insight Global in Florida is seeking a seasoned Compensation Analyst to lead compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation. This role partners with HR and business leaders, supports compensation programs, and ensures internal equity and market competitiveness.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Total Rewards experience, advanced Excel, and experience handling large datasets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience in a large corporate or multinational environment.
• Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluations and structures.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS and large datasets.
• Experience supporting annual compensation programs and partnering with HR stakeholders.

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and supporting compensation programs that help attract and retain talent while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity. The ideal candidate will have a strong Compensation or Total Rewards background, advanced Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to provide consultative compensation recommendations to HR and business leaders. This role is highly analytical and requires strong stakeholder partnership, reporting, and compensation planning experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience within a large corporate or multinational environment
• Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation structures
• Strong compensation reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, cost modeling, and data-driven decision-making experience
• Advanced Excel skills with experience working in HRIS systems and large datasets
• Experience supporting annual compensation programs and partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation recommendations
• Experience utilizing compensation survey data from vendors such as Mercer, Radford, or WTW to support pay decisions and market competitiveness
