The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Total Rewards experience, advanced Excel, and experience handling large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience in a large corporate or multinational environment.
• Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluations and structures.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS and large datasets.
• Experience supporting annual compensation programs and partnering with HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Support compensation programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring internal equity.
• Provide consultative compensation recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform pay decisions.
