Job summary

HireBooth is seeking a Compensation Analyst to coordinate daily compensation inquiries, evaluate positions, configure job families, and help develop market-competitive pay structures.

You will participate in salary surveys, lead projects including system upgrades, ensure internal equity and legal compliance, and work closely with the HR team to keep compensation programs competitive. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of compensation or related HR experience.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong understanding of core compensation principles, structures, and market procedures.
• Analytical skills with data analysis and trend identification.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to resolve escalated compensation issues.
• Maintain accurate compensation information by collecting, calculating, and inputting data.
• Lead and manage large, complex projects using established project management methodologies.
• Assess FLSA exemption status for U.S.-based roles.
• Design and oversee the salary administration program to ensure internal equity and legal compliance.
• Analyze compensation data to identify market trends and provide actionable recommendations.
