The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of compensation analytics. Strong Excel and data-analysis skills are essential for managing large datasets and producing reports for HR and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Compensation Analyst experience.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and project-management skills to support annual merit and bonus processes, compensation adjustments, regulatory compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex compensation data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential compensation information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to manage large datasets, develop reports, and present findings in a clear, meaningful way.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across HR and business teams and explain compensation practices and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark jobs, analyze salary survey data, evaluate market competitiveness, support salary structures, and make data-driven pay recommendations.
• Specifically includes market research, benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary structure assessment.
• Work with compensation data, identify trends, model recommendations, validate data accuracy, and turn large datasets into meaningful insights. Compensation work includes modeling merit guidelines, reporting, data analysis, and presentations to management.
• Evaluate and classify jobs, benchmark positions, assess organizational hierarchy, write/review job descriptions, and appropriately slot positions within Company’s compensation structure.
• Explain compensation concepts clearly and confidently to HRBPs, managers, and leaders. Consults with management on job design and compensation changes and supports education around compensation policies and practices.
