Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Compensation Analyst to lead market research, salary benchmarking, and the design of base pay and incentive programs. The role collaborates with HR partners to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance.

This hybrid position is based in Heredia, Costa Rica, offering growth in compensation leadership, exposure to Workday and Market Pay tools, and opportunities to influence our global pay strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of compensation experience including market research, salary data analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and design compensation programs ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Conduct market surveys and benchmark studies to inform salary ranges.
• Collaborate with HR partners and managers to set base pay, incentives and recognition programs.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing compensation insights for leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in compensation.
