Sysco Corp. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to support compensation, benefits, mobility and immigration programs.

The role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and works with Compensation, Executive Compensation, Field Incentive, and Benefits teams to translate complex information into clear communications and provide analytical support for budgeting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial skills with exceptional written communication and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Total Rewards experience (benefits, compensation or both), or technical communications for Total Rewards or HR.
• Experience with health and welfare plans, retirement plans, base pay programs and incentive plans.
• Experience managing multi-workstream projects with deadlines and owners.
• Experience with external vendors or agencies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and ability to simplify complex content for different audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and coordinate clear Total Rewards communications for programs, policies, processes, and initiatives.
• Translate complex benefits information into understandable communications for employees, managers, HR partners and leaders.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards team to gather information and ensure consistent voice/branding.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder inputs.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Maintain Total Rewards documentation, templates, and process guides.
• Handle confidential compensation, benefits, and financial information with discretion.
• Coordinate with external communications vendors and manage SharePoint sites.
• Coordinate review of technical content with experts and Legal before release.
