Job summary

Sysco Corp. in Houston, TX seeks an Executive Compensation specialist to administer the ESPP for ~13,000 participants and manage deferred compensation programs.

You will prepare materials for a board committee, support data-driven programs, and draft compensation tables for proxy statements, while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll and HR. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3–4 days/week with potential increases based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer ESPP for ~13,000 participants per plan/docs.
• Serve as primary resource for non-qualified deferred compensation program.
• Prepare materials for Compensation and Leadership Development Committee meetings.
• Support executive compensation programs with data analytics, metrics, and reports.
• Draft executive compensation tables and proxy materials.
• Draft memoranda and communications.
• Support Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, and HR with stock and compensation.
• Develop and streamline processes to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain awareness of regulations and trends.
• Support SOX compliance and audits; maintain documentation.
• Provide superior service to employees and executives; explain equity awards.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
