Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst for our Minneapolis, MN office. This role supports administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs company-wide, collaborating with Total Rewards, HR, and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices.

Their responsibilities include market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation reporting, with a focus on internal equity and external competitiveness across a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation or HR administration
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience analyzing HR data
• Experience with market pricing and compensation survey tools preferred
• Excellent written communication skills and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing analysis for new and existing jobs using survey data
• Assist with job evaluations and benchmark matching; provide recommendations on leveling and pay placement
• Prepare compensation analyses to support hiring, promotions, transfers, reorganizations and retention requests
• Analyze internal equity and market competitiveness to identify pay issues
• Support compensation surveys and ensure access to relevant market data for benchmark positions
• Compile, audit, and validate compensation data from HRIS and other systems
