Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Community Relations Liaison to promote Rogers services to key community stakeholders. The role focuses on territory management, building and sustaining referral networks, and executing proactive growth strategies with daily outreach and events.

The position emphasizes relationship development, strategic planning, and clear, empathetic communication to expand referrals and partnerships across Rogers service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably majoring in business, communications, psychology, social work, and/or related major.
• Minimum of two (2) years' business development and/or related experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, new business development, and negotiation.
• Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license. Must be granted insurable status by the Rogers insurance policy.
• Lived experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and further enduring alliances with existing and prospective referring providers; identify new referral opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and advance strategic referent relationships; plan and implement proactive growth tactics daily.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to support territory growth and quota attainment.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and complete monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to provide industry-leading support and meet department objectives.
