You'll manage a dynamic territory with regular in-person and virtual meetings, develop education events, and maintain documentation in CRM to drive evidence-based growth while upholding Rogers values.

• Maintain strategic referent relationships and implement proactive growth tactics daily.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings; perform cold calling to expand the customer base.
• Coordinate education events, webinars, and on-site tours to promote Rogers services.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting within CRM systems.
