Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to advance service line referrals and strategic partnerships.

You will manage a territory, engage psychologists, therapists, and other referral sources, and drive growth through proactive outreach and alliance development. You will conduct regular meetings, educate providers on Rogers programs, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to optimize workflow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years’ business development experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, new business development, and negotiation.
• Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and advance alliances with referring providers; identify new referral opportunities.
• Maintain and grow referral networks and strategic partnerships; plan proactive growth tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer engagement and outcomes.
• Meet activity, census, and department objectives as directed.
