Rogers Behavioral Health seeks an Account Executive to promote Rogers services within a designated territory, building enduring relationships with referring providers and stakeholders. You will execute growth strategies, manage referrals, and maintain CRM records while meeting quotas and budgets.

The role requires strong business development skills, strategic planning, and extensive travel to client sites and events, including conferences and trainings, across the Midwest.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, communications, psychology, social work, or related major.
• 2+ years of business development and/or related experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, new business development, and negotiation.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable status.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and advance alliances with existing and prospective referring providers.
• Identify new referral and partnership opportunities and translate them into growth.
• Plan and implement proactive growth tactics and maintain CRM records.
• Meet activity, census, and individual objectives set by leadership.
• Travel extensively to represent Rogers across the territory (approx. 80%).
