Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Community Relations Liaison in Webster City, IA to promote services and build key community relationships. You will manage a territory, develop partnerships, and execute growth tactics with leadership support.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, persistence with referrals, and the ability to travel extensively to meet objectives. Training is provided to build expertise across Rogers programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, communications, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum two years of business development and/or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and advance enduring referral partnerships with providers.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand alliances.
• Maintain CRM records and generate monthly reports.
• Travel up to 80% to cover territory and meet objectives.
