Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
• Communicate property features to prospects and answer questions promptly.
• Greet walk-in traffic and address resident needs or complaints.
• Process lease paperwork and renewals in line with company policies.
• Maintain resident files and document correspondence securely.
