Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee daily Association operations and administration. You will work with Board Members and Senior Managers to set strategic direction, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with covenants and policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with several years of community/association management experience and relevant certifications (CMCA/AMS/PCAM). Strong communication, organization and vendor management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of Community/Association management or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree with 6-8 years of Community/Association management or equivalent experience.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM Designation

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth community operations.
• Collaborate with Board Members, Senior Managers and RM to set strategic direction and align with mission and goals.
• Develop, communicate and monitor property budgets; review monthly finances and advise on funding needs.
• Coordinate, negotiate and administer vendor contracts for property-level services.
• Audit invoices and prepare timely financial reporting as required by management contracts.
• Conduct monthly inspections of common properties and issue violation communications as needed.
• Attend Board and annual meetings; prepare and distribute notices, agendas and minutes.
