Job summary

Inframark Community Management Services is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day Association operations and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and properly functioning community. You'll work with Boards, Senior Managers, and vendors to implement strategic direction and manage budgets.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with CMCA/AMS/PCAM preferred or achievable, and a commitment to compliance and quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of Community/Association management or equivalent experience.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM Designation.
• Background screening, drug testing, and driving record review where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and coordination of Association operations and administrative functions.
• Work with the Board Members, Senior Managers and RM to develop strategic direction for the Associations.
• Ensure activities align with mission, vision and goals of the Board of Directors.
• Develop, communicate and monitor property budgets.
• Review monthly finances and advise Board on shortfalls or excess funding.
• Coordinate, negotiate and administer vendor contracts for property-level services.
• Audit and approve vendor and utility invoices.
• Prepare timely monthly financial reporting.
• Conduct monthly inspections of common properties and issue deed restriction communications.
• Attend Board and annual meetings.
• Prepare and distribute notices of meeting, agendas and minutes.
• Administer procedures relating to enforcement of rules and regulations.
