Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and association engagements for multiple master-planned communities. You will coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor contracts while interfacing with Boards and senior managers.

The role demands strong communication, budgeting, and organizational skills to ensure smooth operation and compliant governance. A CMCA/AMS/PCAM designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of Community/Association management or equivalent.
• Associates degree with 6-8 years of Community/Association management or equivalent.
• CMCA/AMS/PCAM designations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient in budget development and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors property budgets.
• Reviews monthly finances and reports to Board.
• Coordinates vendor contracts and payments.
• Attends Board and annual meetings.
• Enforces community rules and covenants.
