Job summary

Inframark in Katy, TX seeks a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day association operations and coordinate administrative functions for a smooth-running community.

You will work with boards, senior managers and vendors to develop budgets, monitor finances, prepare reports, and enforce covenants while attending board and annual meetings. The role requires strong communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Board Members and Senior Managers to set strategic direction.
• Develop and monitor property budgets and review monthly finances.
• Administer vendor contracts and approve invoices.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and inspections of common properties.
• Attend Board and annual meetings and prepare notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Enforce recorded rules, policies, and current laws.
