Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, property management, or related field.
• Five years property leasing experience.
• Two years managing others.
• Three to five years in strategic planning/financial analysis or operations.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• DL number and state driving license.
• CPO/ARM/CAM certifications preferred.
• Experience with government/partner relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline staff up to termination.
• Liaise with government entities and manage government relationships.
• Oversee daily operations of a multi-family military housing property and budget.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing and customer service.
• Analyze operations and implement improvements to cash flow.
• Prepare reports and manage capital projects and vendor bids.
• Maintain records and ensure safety and compliance.
